101 HP Subs

I just found out my Jirachi has an IV of 30 in its HP, and when I max out its HP EV's it will get 403 HP at level 100. I want it to use substitute, and that move takes 25% of that hp to make a substitute, but will the sub be 101 hp or 100 hp? 25% of 403 is like 100.75, so does the game round the value up or down? If it's rounded down I won't be able to survive seismic tosses from level 100 Blisseys.

101 subs are pretty useless in-game.

and jirachi doesn't need sub anyway. just give it 244 HP EVs so it survives 5 STosses with lefties recovery.
