this cheat is amazing i suggest using on protiens etc, master ball and rare candies.
ok 1st of all make sure you have all the badges surf and fly
then get the desired item you want to duplicate into the 5th or 6th(cant remember which one) space in your items.
fly to viridian city and speak to the bloke who tell you how to catch pokemon and make sure you say that you are NOT in a hurry.
when hes finished fly to cinnabar island and surf up and down the right side of the island 1\2 on land and 1\2 on sea.
keep surfing until you find a missingno or a weird pokemon that looks like a barcode and kill it.
check you items and it should have a wierd symbol nxt to a it like:
rare candy x#9
(doesnt work on yellow beleive me ive tried it might work on green not sure i havent got it)
also if you keep surfing up and down you can catch very high level pokemon. i recall once catching a level 300 clefable.
