Kudos to Ron For Translation

Episode 443 (AG167): The Red Inazuma Skyscraper!
Episode 444 (AG168): Decisive Game! May VS Brock!!

From what I've read, it seems Brock may be entering a contest with Bonsly & wind up being against May

Inazuma in Hiragana means Lightning, however the actual word is written in Katakana so we aren't quite sure

He has returned.
no way that they can already be at the battle tower could they, and why would brock be entering a contest anyway.

blows stuff uhup
Brock entering a contest against May?? WOW, that's one of the best ideas the writers have had in ages! I've heard loads of people lamenting the fact that Brock's Breeding knowledge has never been put to use in the field of co-ordinating. Even if the ep doesn't turn out to be a contest, Brock and May battling ought to be worth seeing.

finally, Brock does something half-way interesting! hazzah! :D

Bonsly versus Munchlax!? Two Fourth-Generation Baby Pokemon going head to head!? Who will triumph?

Of course May could be using Eevee...

What the heck?
May vs. Brock? o_o
These weird episode titles continually baffle me. I have nothing else to say.

Brock wont win, I can't see the writers making him win a ribbon, what would be the point of that? The writers are hardly going to have him winning won if he's not going to do anything with it. He'll most likely therefore play the role of "the good loser".

if he does manage to win, he may be a nice guy and give it to May anyway.

That's what I was about to put. Dont know if it would be a 'fair ribbon' though, so it may not count. Meh, May will probably win anyway. If it does indeed turn out to be what it was speculated as.

Brocks breeding knowledge has never been put into use AT ALL.

This supposed contest involving Brock and May sounds interesting, it brings up plenty questions.

1) Why would Brock want to enter a contest?
2) Will he win?

And thats just to name a few.

This skyscraper thing... I don't think its the Battle Tower, we will have to wait till we know what Inazuma means then more light should be shed.

It might be a contest that Brock is entering, but at least there's hope that his character can develop in some way... don't know how it'll relate to his pokemon breeder ambitions though (if they still exist).

Brock vs May = Marshtomp vs Combusken
This makes me happy. We really haven't seen Marshtomp's full potential yet, and I know that I really want to. I realy don't care who wins, just please let this be the start of Brock being useful again. I miss the Onix days.

I'd want Munchlax to really prove himself in the next contest he fights in. I mean May actually did some out of contest training with it. And it has shown us it has potential as a really great battler. And I dont think that could happen against bonsly. Eevee against Bonsly might make more sense.

CyberCubed

Yeah, ok!
Who cares if it's a real contest or not?

Who cares if Brock wins or not?

BROCK IS ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING USEFUL!

I couldn't care less if Brock loses (May is a much better battler than him anyway), but the fact that Brock has a decent spotlight episode for once is fantastic.

On another note, May kick Brock's ass. :D

it may be one of those Beauty Contests... the kind that Suzie and Vulpix tend to enter...

"The Skyscraper's Red Inazuma!"
I had a lot of trouble translating this one, so I apologize in advance if any of this is incorrect.

While going through Komoda City, Satoshi and his friends hear about "The Red Inazuma," a person who wears a cloak and is said to perform pokemon techniques himself. Even though he can use pokemon attacks and speak human language, "The Red Inazuma" seems to be frightened of being around people.

"The Big Number One! Haruka vs. Takeshi!!"
Haruka is going to pariticpate in the Aberia Pokemon Contest. After deciding to use her Eevee in the Contest, Haruka waits for the day of the convention. However, after a Pokemon Breeder named Yuza praises Takeshi's Usohachi, he decides to enter the Contest as well.

Note: The Breeder from Scissor Street (named Susie in the dub) is named Yuki, not Yuza.

Uber lurker aka. Gravy, ftw.

The contest pokémon choices were obvious from the get-go imo. They're always pimping out their little 4th generation monsters, and with Eevee's 'training' it was inevitable for it to be the next poke of choice in a battle.
I won't comment on Brock finally doing something, because I think Cybercubed summed it up pretty nicely.
What I will say, is that I hope they give Bonsly more than (the ultimately useless) Fake Tears and Feint Attack/Take Down/Whatever-other-Tackle-type-move-it-could-be.

Also, I'm praying that the Red Skyscraper ep doesn't resort to ripping off the plot of that awful, awful Peliper fiasco from way back in the early AG days.
