How much does paralysis (sp?) reduce speed and will snatch work on a Pokemon using Protect?

1 if it has paralysis it will be the slowest in the battle unless the others have paralysis
2:yes it will because you throw it before they attack

Paralys does slow you down and yes you can snag a pokemon before it uses protect.

Not sure about the paralsys, but i know it doesnt make you go last, if you get a high level paralysed and fight a low level, you still move first, so it must be some kind of factor, not just moves last.

On the snatch question i dont know have never used it, mainly because im useless at predicting

1) Paralisis quarters pokémon´s speed. (making a ninjask with 400 speed with just 100)

2) No, snatch just "catches" pure power up attacks (no side effects, like steel wing) i.e. swords dance, agility, dragon dance, cosmic power, double team, etc.

you trow what, the ball? snatch is one attack he wasn´t speaking about colosseum or XD :/ same for blazichu, read the question, please. and just answer when you know, don´t make guesses.
