How do i tell how strong my hidden power is?

whats a good chioce bander that learns its best moveset just by leveling?(i used all the tms)

I don't think any pokemon learns it's BEST moveset without TM's/ MT's... it might be able to learn a good moveset, but not it's best. As to which pokemon, I have no idea.

2) You can always Breed... Slaking with shadowball, brick break, aerial ace and return you can get by breeding any female slaking you have with one male smeargle with all those attacks.

Swampert is really too slow to pull of endeavor. And he ran out of TMs, not HMs. Which means Swampert gets Surf.
Seriously, just use TMs (Start a new game). It'll make your life easier.

explosion

rock slide is an egg move, breed it from sudowoodo or nosepass. everything else is a level-up move.

same set, almost, can be used for rhydon. change explosion into megahorn, find a substitute for DE.
if you have emerald, that opens some things up, because you can use the move tutors in battle frontier to give things rock slide.

reversal just in case something puts you to low health and you switch out, you can CB reversal when you come back in.

they're all pretty much the same. if you want to make a CBer without using TMs, you're going to have to do a lot of breeding.

Lance_Is_King said that a choice bander that JUST learns a moveset by leveling up. So what if Swapert is slow, Endeavor is the fourth best level up move that it learns. Muddy water also is just as good as Surf.

Ok, the first question was answered, so that's good.

Now that we only have the second question left, it would be better off in the In-Game Rates section, seeing how everyone so far is rating a Pokemon to use with a certain moveset and item.
