Dead Man Illusion
Firstly, i know this has been over-answered, but i thought that tidying it up would be better. So, Is it OK when you completely EV train your poke, then take it with candies to lvl 100? If yes, is the Effort ribbon the way to know when ev training is done?(or is there someone else) BTW, i don't use cheating devices(even if i wanted, i couldn't find any) for Rare candies, i clone them then release the clones.
AND
Where could i train my lvl 52 Blissey WHILE fighting wild pokemon???

1) Yep, the effort ribbon is the one and only.
2) If it has an attacking move that isn't seismic toss, then you can defense EV train it on mount pyre.
If it already has max EVs then Victory road or sky pillar maybe..

The effort ribbon is the only way to know it, if ev trained, then if your bliss has tromendeus hp, you can lv it up in artistian cave, if it isn't in emerald- in victory road
