Advance Ru/Sa 1on1

Sleep/ Freeze/ Self-KO clauses MUST be on.

PP ups optional, but in a dispute, they are to be ON

OHKO/ Evasion moves are Banned (Double Team, Minimize, Horn Drill, Guillotine, Fissure, Sheer Cold)

-No Pokemon the are not in RuSa. (After choosing RuSa only on team builder, they should all be redded out in your box.
- No moves that require FR/LG/E tutors, or Breeding with Pokemon not in RuSa (example: Rock slide salamence, Pain Split Weezing)
-Jirachi is banned as you need to trade it from the colloseum bonus disk.
-Pain Split is banned as the only pokemon who learns it naturally is Missy, who does not appear.
-Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, and Wobbufett are banned (ubers)
-Deoxys is banned for not only being uber, but you need FR/LG/E to obtain it.
-NYPC/Box moves are banned (Wish Salamence, Surf Raichu)
-Other than Liechi Berry, no stat-boosting berries are obtainable. Liechi Berry is found on the island with the Wynaut, but all others come from Jirachi via Bonus Discs.
-everything else is the same as 386

Also, mention that all pinch berries bar liechi are non-existant. You might want to "warn" people about some moves being illegal on some pokemon I guess......Just a little bit of "rules". I also think the list is stupid, people shouldn't be signing up if they don't know what 200 is.........

the gsc tourney has almost died completely when it was the only tourney running; then this will die even faster, along with the metronome one imo, since 2 tourneys are running at the same time.
also posting the adv OUs that are banned from 200 was pointless, since when you change the mod to ru/sa only, you can't choose those, along with the other pokes not available in 200, anyway.
also needs more mention of Pain Split Dusclops and similar stuff being banned, as well as Box/NYPC moves iirc.
