Hi, I have two question :1) Dragonite learn roost, tunder puch and fire punch with lvl up, but no lvl is writting in the pokedex, so when did my dragonite will learn these moves???

2) Did a move can stop the effect of move like spike or stealh rock

1) They aren't learned by level. The punches are learned via the Emerald move tutor and Roost is a TM.

2) Rapid Spin.
