#1 Yes, the egg is always the species of the female (or the non-ditto if you are ditto breeding), unless you mean, will breeding affect the gender %, and then the answer is no.

#3 I got one with one of my Jirachi from the Colusseum Bonus Disk.

okej, so the only way to get Ganlon berry is from Colluseum:/
