It's easy. Each little thing on the Regi's door is telling you to do something. I think one is strength, another is fly, and I can't remember the third one. All you simply have to do is go to GameFAQs.com and look up one of the million of walk throughs on that site. That's how I got all my regis. You don't necessarily need to understand braille.
