Very good proportions, although the texture map or something on pikachu seems to not follow his body, it just kinda stays there if you get what I'm saying. Perhaps its my screen though.

EDIT: Also, you're dead wrong about their ability to sue you just because you change the name, and any judge with eyes would pass that off as plagarism. If this wasn't the case, artists everywhere would be screwed.
