3D Realism rendering matter... > >

Hi guys! ^ ^

It's been a long time since the last 3D Model I've done in here - Zenon Dev thread. This thread isn't a Developement thread this time unfortunately, don't think it's that great either... : (

Lately I'm trying to render realistic 3D images of my design. So far I'm doing my cafe just now and I don't think it looks real enough yet...

Some furnishes are still missing as well...

What do you think should be done to it?

Thanks for the comments in advance!

I'm going to try and get the chairs in... this is to be handed in on Tuesday for the exam *gasp* > >
My stress shows in my banner...

Still, it looks amazing none in the less. I think more work could have been done to the reflections, and I'm sure they would make the windows transparent.

Good luck in your exam, Net-san.

Thanks for the advice Akeboshi ^ ^

I've increased the reflectivity and have increase the transparency.

Please take a look : )

The windows are slightly frosted to keep some privacy space in the cafe, the other two windows were dark shaded to prevent too much light from entering so that's why it was rendered like that : )

I think I'll leave it at that... my presentations tomorrow and I still got to put the drawings together + get 2 more images rendered... > <

I'll post the other two in afterwards just to make it a set : )

Thank you! ^ ^

Good Luck in your exams everyone! : )

*The flowers are 2D, couldn't have enough time to model them T_T

I like it, your lighting skills are really good and makes your models look very realistic, can I ask what program u use?.

I really like the frosted windows you have done them really well

Thanks ^^

It took me ages to get the transparency map and lighting right : )

It was done partly in Form-Z and partly in AutoCAD, because this was part of my architecture/technical course. I want to go back onto 3D Max though... my computer had windows cleaned installed, and it's not working > < but it was a really old version though : P

There's nothing special about the geometry though in this image, since character modelling is more complex : ) and I'm more interested in modelling anime than realism most of the time.

Oh... about the other two images, I won't be able to render them, since I got alot of assignments to hand-in > <

So this thread will have no more updates... quite a short thread... my apologies...
