3DS->3DS XL Data Transfer - Mii Plaza

I just want to clarify something. Please just tell me if this is correct or not:

I want to transfer my 3DS data to my 3DS XL and I think this includes all my Mii Plaza (games) right? My 3DS data will be deleted in this process. But I could create another Mii on my 3DS to visit my 3DS XL via streetpass every day, right?

And all my 3DS XL data will be overwritten in the process right?

All correct. The transfer process essentially takes the core data of your 3DS - your downloaded software, the link with your account, your Wi-Fi information including friend codes for pre-3DS games that don't use the unified friend code, etc. - and implants that in your 3DS XL.
