sorry to disappoint you. it is hacked. it if it is eon ticket event latios, it will state that it was caught in hoenn. either way there is no lv50 catchable latios in hg/ss.

Gotta say, that looks pretty hacked. The only way you can get a shiny flawless is through Emerald RNG abuse, and that, I think, is not very well known. Additionally, it has to be Emulator used (for Save States). The fact that it's even level 100 shows that the original trainer has no experience with... how can I say this, trades in general. You would leave it UT, or if you're EVing it, you wouldn't go for the full level 100 because of the auto-level feature in Wi-Fi battles. This is mostly theory though and can't really be the truth. I'm leaning towards hacked.

I'm pretty positive that this is legit. Nothing looks wrong with it; it doesn't even have maxed IVs in every stat (well, I RNG abuse for hex flawless stats, but I'm looking at this from another perspective).

I don't have much knowledge in Events but it looks legit ableit more then likely cloned.
The one thing that caught my eye and is why im asking this...it was recieved May 19,2007. From what i can conclude the event for mystery mews was only in 06... i know a tad bit about cloning and i know that you can clone them in hoenn,but does the date cloned show up instead of date received? thanks for any feedback.

The Poke Ball looks really fishy. Honestly, who would catch it in a Poke Ball. It is possible... but the possibility is close to 0%. I would say it's hacked, but that's not 100% confirmed.

it's suspect because of the level caught at. you can get ralts in HG/SS at level 10 & 11, but with it saying caught at level 100, i'd say hacked...

It seems pretty legit. There is always a chance that a hacker purposefully made it look legit but you never really know. I would say that its safe to use it, because even if it is hacked, it will act the same as a legit one.

it's legit. you can breed energy ball & extrasensory onto vulpix, just did it myself today. the only legit original energy ball parent parent is the vulpix from Pokemon Ranch, though...
