So I was breeding regularly, not Masuda method, and I came across a shiny Sandile, I'm not sure of the IVs yet, but most likely perfect in Attack and Speed.
The nature is Rash and the Sandile is female.

I'm looking for a timid Litwick, with perfect to almost perfect IVs in Special Attack and Speed.

Ev = 255 atk - 255 Spd
it is on lvl 57

And his name is Waruvile
