great IV Male Smeargle (preferably 3+ IV at 31 and preferably not USA)
Decent nature+IVs for some legend like Tornadus (don't need L100/proper EVs).

Depending on what you offer, I may be able to get you several DWF or IV and egg move breed some pokemon. I don't RNG so you won't be geting flawless from me, but I'll do what I reasonably can.
