8 Pokemon?!?!?!?

I posted this before, but i get very few replies
This is my team Help me fix it or give advice. I never really played competitive so i still don't know much but i am trying to be somewhat good and/or competitive.
Can you Help me with this team that i have assembeled. I still haven't leveled them up to 100 yet so don't just say to level them up

i have 8 pokemon and i do not know which ones to choose to be in my team (i need 6, obviously).......one thing Gyarados, Charizard, and Haunter Have to be in my team

id go for sneasle...thats my strongest poke right now and its really fast!!
and use nidoking and seadra!!!

if i use seedra though, i will have 2 water types - actually, i think i am going to take out seedra
and i really want either zapdos or scyther.

but when seedra evoles it is a dragon that only has one weakness. i dont think that is so bad but zapdos is good so if not seedra, then zapdos.

Hyper Beam completely wastes a turn since you can't do a thing afterwards. :/ Gyarados is a physical attacker, so that's why it gets physical attacks.

Haunter LV28...though Gengar can use focus punch....

I dunno. There's nothin' wrong with using Hauner. I'm just saying to go with Special Attacks since its base Sp.Attack is 115, and its base attack is only 55.

EV Training in Speed, Special Attack. Attack, Defence 252 Speed, 200 Attack, 58 Sp.Attack (something LIKE that) there's no need for Defense EVs since it won't be able to take too much.

Swords Dance/Belly Drum/Dragon Dance

if you boost your Attack, you'll be able to hit hard.

INGAME MS. The ThunderDance combo isn't too useful. You'll be able to accomplish more if you use Thunderbolt.

I'm not sure about this one. Kingdra's/Seadra's movepool is too small as it is. :/

you can't evolve seadra until you trade it, which is a bit hard if you gon't have a spare gameboy advance.

and If you trade seadra and it evolves into kingdra, I doubt anyone will trade it back.

I have 2 gbas, the g-cube gba player, and ds, i also have all of the pokemon games except Emerald, Ruby and Crystal.

I just decided not to use Seedra
