90% of the serebii population

Some signatures sais things like "90% of the serebii population believes that Diaruga is better than Parukia" or "93% of the serebii population hates/dislikes Pikachu"
I wonder: WHERE DOES THIS NUMBERS COME FROM??
P.S. in a poll about who of Diaruga & Parukia is best, they had almost equal numbers of votes.

They make up the numbers to make them sound more impressive, as not everybody would vote on these polls, you can never get an exact number either.

All these numbers are BS. There is no way for anyone to figure out how much of Serebii prefers the DS to the PSP or hates Pikachu or Charazard or anything. Especially the 93% of pokemon fans hate pikachu, that goes beyond BS. That's impossible Since like 50% of pokemon fans are little kids who can only name like three pokemon.
