A challenge?

This might be dumb, but I thought it was worth a try. I've got a challenge for anyone who's interested. Unless it's been done before, and if so, tell us about it.
First, chose random numbers on a site such as this one.

Chose six numbers between 1 and 386, the number of pokemon that exist (so far).
Do everything in your power (trading, catching and leveling, everstones, etc.) to obtain these 6 pokemon as your party as soon as you can into your game, and use them and only them for the entire game (catching anything else only to fill your pokedex).

Last night I tried again and got Starmie, Stanler, Espeon, Chinchou, Magby, and Nidoking. That's pretty good for me, and since they're all first and second gen., I think I'll use them for my Silver game.

Finnmonster, yes, you're allowed to breed, trade, or use any other method to get them early on.
