IIRC, Return's maximum base damage is 102.

Attacks like Howl add +1 (about 10 to your base?). Swords Dance adds +2 (20?).

+5 - x3.5
+4 - x3
+3 - x2.5
+2 - x2
+1 - x1.5
0 - x1
-1 - x.66
-2 - x.5
-3 - x.4
-4 - x.33
-5 - x.285
-6 - x.25

depending on how many boosts you have(which can be negative, via moves such as Screech), multiply your affected stat by whatever number the chart says. Also, IIRC stands for If I Remember Correctly.
