try a different spread on Swampert since he´s your only defense against CB Aerodactyl. I prefer maxing its HP and using Relaxed nature, BTW

that Zapdos looks cool. may have to try it out

Sdef and Atk. Swampert only needs 16 Atk EVs and in generally doesn´t carry much Sdef. About 150 Def EVs is in general enough for switching safely into Metagross, Aerodactyl, blah, blah
