    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

A glich cost me Shadow Mewtwo. What can I do?

Clearly we're great!
How do I go about reporting this? The app froze on the part where I'm supposed to try and catch it, and whenever it's done that before, all I have to do is restart the app and click on the Rocket balloon to go back to the capture stage. But this time it was an entirely different balloon and the grunt just treated it like a normal battle. Giovanni and Mewtwo were both nowhere to be found.

And the game registered that I fought Gio since I got the rewards for doing so, but it acted like Mewtwo just up and vanished. So what can I do about this?
