A good moveset for Lapras in PMD?

It pretty good. Although you could use an Ice Beam over Confuse Ray. Its your choice. Confuse Ray still good though.

Ice Beam is good but it has 8PP and I was planning to train Lapras to last in Dungeons.

Then my idea is to just leave it with Confuse Ray since it is a strong attack and helpful too.

now let me tell you that in the guide book hydro pump has way much better accurcy sp? than normal and more power and plus it can hit a target from far away unlike surf.

Well I'm not sure about Ice Beam but yeah I think Hydro Pump is good. But I just recruited Lapras and IT'S LEVEL 30 FTW
. Also Lapras and Ho-oh can't fit in a team together .Ho-oh Master

mine was lv 30 too. Team HO-OH is my team name.
team one: charizard, raichu, lapras.
team two: Ho-oh, mewtwo, deoxys.

team one: Swampert, Zappy, Mew
team two: Ditto, Gardevoir, Espeon.
BTW obviously it's at level 30 because that's the only dungeon where you can get Lapras.

well its weird because in the book the moves have diffrent accurcy and BA than normal. then there is how you fight in a dungeon. like its risky to use stat boosting moves in PMD but in he main RPG games its not.
so a kyogre with calm mind,thunder,surf,ice beam doesn't work so good in PMD because the rain condistions can easily be over come because you are far away from the person.
