this is my winning team that i hav trained so hard. it payed off to win a tournament to beat about 5 people in a row. i put my full evs on those

i am rebuilding a new team sooner or later. i still hav 18 more lv100 pokemon
but they were my earlier teams(ps i did not cheat or do any of the levelling
up(heh its impossible to get an action replay in this area any way). but i got
a lucky egg with a bold nature chancy in the safari zone)

That's an extremely ironic statement considering you're using an annoyer Jolteon that has even worse defenses than Starmie. Also Starmie's defenses are pretty average and not really bad since they both are a base of 85.

With that statement aside, there are so many problems with this team I don't know where to begin. OHKO attacks and evasion attacks are extremely frowned upon in competitive battling as they take no skill to use and just make the game even more luck based. The same goes for hax items like quick claw, focus band, bright powder, lax incense, and scope lens. Also Hyper Beam is a horrible attack in general especially for Metagross who has the same power with a STABed Meteor Mash but doesn't lose a turn. My first advice is to go to www.smogon.com and become more familar with standard movesets and EV spreads. Then repost your team when you learn more of what you're talking about.
