A good Wigglytuff moveset?

Yep. Wiggly. I'm getting one with a Naive nature, so anything speed boosting. Any suggestions?

Ice Beam/Sleep Talk

I'll probably EV train in Speed and Sp. Atk.

Good set, but I'm raising it for speed, so Quiet isn't a really good nature.

Wigglytuff won't outspeed much and you can use Thunder Wave to compensate for low speed, so Quiet is better than Naive for the puffball.

Please don't use the set in your first post, the sets I listed are better.

Using T-Wave and Perish Song should force some switching... Since HP is Wigglytuff's only really good stat, Counter should work wonders, considering Fighting Pokemon all have targets set on it.

Then you're just nagging. They're still fast, but don't have to have exactly 100 base speed.

Slaking and Ninetales have Base 100 ._. Only Arcanine has less than Base 100 in that list.

I consider 85+ fast, but meh =/
