THAT image is not in any avatar folder, that is a smilie that someone has made. There are other images of said pokemon in the 4th Gen folders.

Do they LOOK the same to you? Cos they sure as hell don't look it to me. They are different, like I said. And, just like already said, you can find the LATTER in the 4th Gen Diamond and Pearl Avatar Section.
