I was wondering... Which one's better: Wonder Gummi or the Gummi of the type of the Pokémon?

you get wonder gummies from golden chamber boxes, or wondermail if you use a wondermail generator, and if fed to a pokemon, it is the same as feeding it a gummi of its type.

I reckon they are either the same, or wondergummi more. I personally think the latter.
