If you were in Sapphire, you could have this:

Ingrain

Try the Steelix out. You may also want to exchange that Heracross for a Houndoom, you're really weak to a Ghost-type sweep after using a Fighting type to take out T-Tar.

changing Heracross to Houndoom would leave me susceptible to a lot of damage from Fighting types... (Snorlax, T-Tar, Houndoom)
