pokerus: just spread it to shiny. no more difficulty

winning lotto number: just play every day until that ID number pops up as the lotto number. Sure, you'll be playing forever, but you have an eventual guarantee.

Mirage Island: this is where things start becoming tricky. Mirage Island number is based on the gender number. The gender number is split evenly between male and female, with the leftover number (0) being the mirage number. Only genderless pokemon can have 0 as their number, however, the have the full range of numbers possible. A genderless pokemon with the mirage number is a 1/257 chance (I think, because there is 0-256 for gender numbers) As far as I know, the mirage number never changes, so you can use the same poke to visit over and over again.

Why would you go to mirage Island? All that's there are Wynaut and some special Berry, Wynaut you'll get from the Egg in the hot springs, or you can catch 2 Wobbuffet in the safari zone and breed them. and the berry is only interesting the first time, after that you can keep planting them somewhere and you'll have the berry unlimited times.
