A Mafia Spin Off​

Hello and welcome to a new game called "A Mafia Spin Off"! I know I haven't been around much lately but it's summer time again and that means it's time for Bugwarrior to once again become active!

Objective:
"A Mafia Spin Off" is at glance based off a mafia game. However, it's goals and the point of the game are completely different. Usually in a Mafia game there are two sides, maybe more, who are fighting to discover the roles of the other team and eventually become the winner. The goal of this game is the be the last one standing, or better yet be the last one standing with your partner.

To start off this game people who are interested in playing will sign up and put a Pokemon type next to their name (Example: Psychic) and that will determine their team. Each team will have two, and only two people. You can sign up knowing who you want as your partner before hand or you can choose a random type and hope that you get someone good.

If you aren't someone that likes working with other people feel free to not work with your partner or sign up for a type without a partner. And if you are someone who likes working with more than one other person feel free to make alliances with other teams, but remember you will have to either betray them or be betrayed by them sooner or later.

Abilities
Now, just like in Mafia each team will get their own ability which will help further them in the game and can be used every night round. An example of an ability that a Psychic type could possibly get would look like this:
Barrier: Each round you can set up a barrier around the person of your choice (including your partner) and any killing attacks done on them will be stopped by your psychic attack. However, if two people attempt to kill the person you are trying to save they will be lost.
You will use these abilities to make sure you are the last one standing, either alone or with your partner.

Day Time?
Now you might be asking yourself, "How can Mafia work if you aren't trying to lynch the bad guys?" Well the answer to that is that their will be items handed out during the night rounds that will need to be used during the day. The items you might see are as followed:
A Gun: With this you can shoot and kill anyone you find untrustworthy worthy or a threat, at the end of the day. You can only have one gun at a time, but you can hold onto it as long as you want.
A Vest: With this you will be protected for one attempted kill, items and night abilities included. You can only have one vest at a time and you will have it until someone tries to kill you.
A Bomb: This will be passed around from person to person. The more it's passed the higher chance it has to explode. At the start of the day the bomb is given a random counter between 1 & 10 and once it's passed the number of times it will explode and the person holding it will die. So, be careful who you pass the bomb to!

But that's not the only thing I'll ask you to do during the day, I'll also ask you to name the person you think is the biggest threat. Nothing will happen to this person but it will help people who don't know what to do with their ability or their gun.

Summary:
  • Sign up with a Pokemon Type
  • You get teamed up with ONE other person with the same type
  • You get a 'mafia' ability based upon your type
  • Both you and your partner have the same ability but work independently
  • You will use your abilities during the night
  • You might receive an item during the day that can be used
  • Tell us who you think is the biggest threat during the day
  • Feel free to make alliances with other teams
  • Be the last one standing alone or with your partner to win

Rules:
  1. All Spff and game section rules apply
  2. If you go inactive for two rounds without notice you will be killed, no exceptions
  3. Don't be malicious to anyone who betrays you, it's just a game
  4. Don't be a troll, read the rules and be smart. If you have a question ask.
