A new bike?

I have noticed that in Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green, if you don't use the bike voucher for the bike shop in Cerulean City, you can buy a bike for 1,000,000 Dollars. Is it the same bike, or a faster, better bike?

Your money cannot exceed 999,999, so you can't buy it with money, only the bike voucher.

Maybe in DP, you can buy a few different bike. Anyway it's impossible to have 1,000,000 dollars

As said you can never get enough money for it so you can't ever buy it.

This kind of reminds me of the slowpoke tail thing in G/S/C outsie the Union Cave. Remember that? The guy tries to sell you a Slowpoke Tail for $1000000?
