I would make a Charizard-ish dragon that have the attacks I made up:

Gale Wing
Dragon Punch
Pyro Blast
Fire Typhoon

and the name would be Coaldra.

There is a thread in the DP discussion which is very similar to this. It is called 'Which new 4th generation Pokes would you like to see' and it is basically the same as this, people make up pokemon, thier base stats, abilities, movepool, etc.
