It looks very cut/paste, and the shading isn't so well. Really, to be honest, it looks like a bellossom was slaughtered to provide a bad miniskirt and a hair accessory. I suggest you go to the tutorials and READ THEM WELL.

but it may be cut and pasting and shading like you said but it was the first time i tried anything like it

its a brock with a lily pad on his head maybe try...idk...something else? Try a simple fusion or a trainer fusion that hd other things that taking off the body of a lotad and putting the pad on a trainers head.

They are still too cut and pasteish, try blending the colors together.

They are cut and paste. Try making own Pokemon body parts by scratch.
The hair doesn't have that good shading.
