It looks very cut/paste, and the shading isn't so well. Really, to be honest, it looks like a bellossom was slaughtered to provide a bad miniskirt and a hair accessory. I suggest you go to the tutorials and READ THEM WELL.

thanks for the constructive comments i would appreatiate somthing beside critosisem

but it may be cut and pasting and shading like you said but it was the first time i tried anything like it

its a brock with a lily pad on his head o_O maybe try...idk...something else? Try a simple fusion or a trainer fusion that hd other things that taking off the body of a lotad and putting the pad on a trainers head.

They are cut and paste. Try making own Pokemon body parts by scratch.
The hair doesn't have that good shading.
