the only use Cradily has is not being phazed
you need Jolly, 198 speed rest in attack/hp

well its what I use, but I don't really care much for Cradily in OU
and most likely better sets..

if you want a solid CMcune beater;

Rock Smash/Amnesia/Recover/Rock Slide

it can't roar you, surf won't hurt after you amnesia/they cm, rock smash lowers defence so they can't rest off your STABed rock slides

Rock Slide/EQ/Recover/Toxic is do-able i suppose
