A question about PokeRus

I know what it is. I know what it does. I know you have to come in contact with another pokemon to get it. Some of my Pokemon in my party cought PokeRus a couple of days ago, and now only one of my pokemon in my party has it. I've spread the virus to my pokemon in my storage boxes, but it's not spreading to the other pokemon in the box.

What my questions are:
Is there an easier way to make this virus spread?

And is there a way to make your pokemon recatch the virus after they have lost it?

Once a Pokemon has had (and subsequently lost) PokeRus, it cannot catch it again. This is signified by a black dot in the status screen where the PokeRus marker was.

The only way that I know of to make PokeRus spread is to have an infected Pokemon in your party and walk around for a while, and eventually it will spread to the six in your party.

it doesn't spread from just walking around. go win some battles, i find that works for me.

The Pokerus has a 2/3 Chance of infecting a Pokemon in your team when the infected Pokemon is out battling. It won't spread through boxes, and by just walking around. I have 11 Pokemon in the Computer who are unintentionally infected with the Pokerus on Emerald. All the members of my regular team have already had it also.

how long does the pokerus usually last... have two zigzagoons in my pc, i know that'll last forever, but it won't just suddenly disappear in the middle of EV Training... will it?

it doesn't matter. even after a pokemon "recovers" from pokerus, it still gets the EV boost.
