I've noticed that people have little picture below their user titles.
They usually feature a famous game character his pokemon and the badge,symbol he gives out.
So I'm asking how can i edit this little pic?
You can't edit it, but it will change as you get more posts. It basically goes through all the badges earned in the games/anime. You can see the full list in the Newbie FAQ that's stickied at the top of the page.
