What are these Annoyers, Tank, Psuedo Hazers, and other things that are here in CRMT & RMT? I'm interested in these. Does anyone have a full list?

Scroll a up a lil and you'll see some threads called:

"Annoyers Fail in a Competitive Enviroment" and "Standard Battling Rules and A Guide to the Basics of the Metagame", both of which hold the info you need. "Newbs Guide" also has some info on it.
