ok I regret my stupidness for lending my cousin my emerald because when he took it he used his AR to get me good stuff like mew, deoxys, infinite rare candies etc so I was wondering if I reset my game will everything go back to normal or not?

Though a normal reset is proboly fine, go with a factory reset.up+B+select at the start up screen to do a factory,and you know how to do a normal one

Factory reset completely deletes everything saved on the game and makes it back to how it was when the cartridge was new. If you just make a new game and overwrite the old save, there is a chance glitches from the old save could still be in the memory of the game.
