Im not sure if this is against the rules, but when will the Username Change thread be unlocked?

It may never be unlocked, but name changes are still happening. There's an unstickied topic here (it's always near the top, so you can't miss it) that directly links up with the old one. Read the sticky's last post, input the correct code into the new thread to prove you read it, and, assuming it's been two months, go ahead and follow it with the normal name change info. You did post this because you want a name change, right?
