Where do i find TM that contains SludgeBomb?
On Serebii.net it says Dewford Town, but i've searched all over Dewford and i can't find it, please help.

The guy is inside of the building above the guy who tells you the Trendy Phrase. He will say something like "Sludge Bomb is the best" and then he will keep talking and give it to you.
