Wouldn't it be cool if Ash got a brother or sister? Lol I do.


And I was thinking that it could come along with Ash when its older.

That's pretty sad. You'd think May is more likely to be considered his long lost sister with how much they're alike.

I guess people made that theory before May was introduced in the anime.

Well they could have it his parents got divorced. His dad left and took his brother/sister. And it was hard for ash to deal with. So he never talks about it.

Reminds me of how certain fanfic writers had Norman be Ash's father who either got divorced from Delia, or he met Caroline on his Pokémon journey and they had kids etc. etc.

Oh goodness, now I remember having read a story (at Oddish Grove, I think) where Flint hooked up with Delia and every time Ash and co would return to pallet, the new family would've increased by one child XD

He doesn't need siblings. Anyway, who knows, maybe his father is with another woman and they have kids? Ash would have siblings only he wouldn't know them. But probably he doesn't have. He is fine as alone kid.

Why are you referring to a possible "human" it? According to gender-neutral references, he/she would be a wiser choice of gender-neutral pronouns.

Unless his sibling's a Pokemon, which will only stimulate the Houou x Hanako theories.

If Ash were to have a brother or sister, they would suddenly start appearing with no explinaition and everyone would already know of them and not mention their dissappearance. It'd be like Family Matters where the majority of the family dropped off the map, only in reverse.
