kinda simplistic... the background is way too simple, and the sprites are just copy-pasted, nothing special. Take your time on the background and try using programs like gimp or photoshop. You can find good brushes at deviantart. Try harder and take more time next time

Well, your sig seriously needs work. Badly. Try to avoid ripping images and not giving credit to GameFreak while at the same time leaving bad impressions on people due to your lack of effort.

I dont see much more than a bunch of sprites lined up on a gray and white background. In some ways such as that, it doesnt qualify as a sig. Just a line of pictures pasted onto a background. Its also a jpg, which is bad. Try putting more effort into it, even if you only have paint you can do much better.
