A strange radio song in the Ruin Of Alph

I was listening to radio in the Ruin Of Alph, and eventually, I heard a strange song(?). Well, it was similar with a cry of unknown, but I don't know what it is exactly. The music only comes out in the Ruin Of Alph. What is the strange music for?;201-f; ;201-z; ;201-a;

It was originally a broadcast made by rocket to tell every one their takeover of the radio tower when you defeat them thats what the broadcast becomes.

when I first got silver and when I got to the ruins, I had my gameboy towrds my ear because my gameboy has bad sound volume and when I had the radio on, I was all WTF? and I droped my gameboy and I was panting with all of the creepiness.
