Honchkrow I will consider, however I do intend to use Empoleon as a Wall, so I will test out your one but I think I will stick with the one I have.

Just a little thing, I'd recommend giving scizor choice band instead of the scarf. Bullet punch will be its main attack and that has priority, so the scarf will be less useful than choice band most of the time.
