If given the choice of pokemon to trade for, which of the 2 would you prefer:

1. Level 5 bagon, male, adamant, wonderfully outstanding in abilities, flawless HP/attack/speed, knows dragon dance, aerial ace, brick break, double edge

2. Level 100 salamence, male, quiet, average in abilities, was trained by repeatly going through the elite 4 over and over again, knows dragon claw, flamethrower, crunch, fly

I will explain my choice of preference later on...

Dark Pheonix

The lvl 5 bagon because then i can train it how i want.

Kabuto

little punks!
Level 5 Bagon with perfect stats would be great, but I'd take the salamence because I'm too lazy to raise. Besides, you can always breed.

Bagon Lv5...
It's just better you know that.. xD...

Lv 5 Bagon of course.

But I probably wouldn't use it anyway. Fishpokemonplz.

I would take the Bagon and train it to become a powerful Salamence!

It may come to no surprise to many of you that I would choose the level 5 bagon over the level 100 salamence as a salamence with maximum attack potential is the best overall for battle frontier. While a special attacking salamence might have the edge over an attacking salamence when met one on one, realistically I would switch to a starmie to finish the special salamence off. Also in battle frontier, the attacking version is truly more effective overall.

Also, once a pokemon reaches level 100, it cannot be re-trained properly as I had learned the hard way. I find it better to have more control on what EVs I can give it and there are sites where I can calculate and verify whether or not I did it right. battling the elite 4 over and over again is quite boring as I hardly ever do that anymore.

Neither. I'd be too lazy to train the Bagon, but I wouldn't want a crappy Salamence. XP

Neither...I wouldn't have the time to train the bagon all the way up to 100, and the Salamence, as decribed, is pretty bad.

Salamence bores me. Even though it's powerful, I won't use it because I don't like it.
AKA Neither.
Preach on, Brother!
-_-
I'd pick the Bagon.

The Bagon. I don't like either of them, but if I absolutely had to choose, I'd take the Bagon because the Salamence sucks, and I could train the Bagon however I wanted.

I withdraw reluctantly.
Normally, I would go for the lv 5 Pokemon rather that a Pokemon I couldn't level up, but I like Quiet more than Adamant, sue me. :)

A dog in heat.
I would say the Lv. 5 Bagon, but if you dont have time to raise it to Lv. 100 it might not pay off. It would really depend on what i was trading it for also.
