Hey guys! I'm back with a new fanfic! I know "Ho-oh and Articuno" isn't exactly my best story, and hard to understand, so I'm starting fresh! This story is a AAMRN story, called "A Typical Love Story." Anyway, I don't know why, but I thought of this story when I thought of "The Wedding Planner." I don't know why, because the plot isn't even close to that! Anyway, look below for the first chapter, and the summary! Remember, if you're gonna say something mean about it, give me a reason why it's so bad, that way, I can work on it to make it better. I got someone's review of my "Ho-oh and Articuno" story saying something like, "I'm just gonna say what everybody else here thinks: Your story sucks." You see, I wanna know why it sucked. I still have to get that person for that. If you don't like this story either, you can check my other, way better stories, on The Pokemon Tower (www.thepokemontower.com) under the penname, CelestialTime93 under the AAMRN or Crossovers section. Anyway, here's "A Typical Love Story." See ya later! ;-)

Chapter One: Love At First Sight
"NO! I WILL NOT MARRY HIM!"
"Misty, this can't go on! This is the seventh suitor this week!"
"And it's the hunderedth suitor this year!" 25 year old Misty Waterflower retorted to her father, standing arms crossed, long auburn red hair flowing down to her knees. Her aqua blue eyes flared with anger. She wore a pink tank top, a blue sweatjacket, black shorts, and red and white sneakers. Although a beautiful lily flower was pinned into her hair to enhance her swan-like beauty, her anger showed far too much as her facial features furrowed in frustration.
"Why won't you choose one, Misty?!" Misty's father, William Waterflower cried.
"Dad, if I want to marry someone, I want to fall in love with them." Misty replied with an exhasperated look on her face, as she slumped on her bed, looking down at her shoes, "And I already fell in love with a trainer 15 years ago."
"Please Misty, not again!" William wailed, "You know how much this upsets me!"
"He loved me for who I was, dad, not for my beauty!" Misty replied, standing up with her anger returning, "And thanks to you and mom, I lost him for good when you banned us from ever seeing each other again!"
"That boy is not right for you!" William cried, standing up and facing his daughter, "He's not decent! His hair is unkept, his clothes are too baggy, and he looks just like his father!"
"You just hate him because you hate his father!" Misty cried, "And I know his father! I've met him before and he actually gives his son freedom, dad! Why not give me some?!"
"If I gave you freedom, you would be out there alone by now, not knowing how to support yourself!" William retorted.
"I went on a Pokemon Journey with him when I was 10, dad! I have skills!"
"I want you to live the life that you have lived in all your life. You're a Waterflower, Misty, not a wanderer like that boy is. Grr... what was his name again?"
"Ash Ketchum, dad! You're just saying that on purpose!" Misty cried, tears streaming down her eyes.
"Well you still can have any man but him!" William snapped, as he walked out of Misty's room, "Am I clear?"
"If he can't have me, then no one can!" Misty cried, before she slammed the door at William's face.
William growled in frustration and grabbed handfuls of his well-kept hair with both his hands. He marched off downstairs, mumbling, "I can't believe Daniel's kid took my daughter's heart...."

Misty carefully opened her room's door, her red drawstring backpack on her back. She checked the halls, to see if anybody was awake and still sleeping.
When she was sure that everybody was sleeping, Misty closed the door quietly, and rushed over to her windowsill. She thrust the white-washed windows open with a soft clutter, and felt the cold breeze of summer night blew into the room, fluttering pages of books and loose-leaf papers softly.
Misty looked back to check if anybody was going to the washroom or something. When she was sure no one was, she threw one leg over the windowsill, with a firm grip on the sill, and finally threw her other leg over.
She yelped when she slipped on the Cerulean Gym's smooth walls. She forgot that there wasn't any support to help her down! Not even trees!
"Uh-oh..." Misty squeaked. She felt her fingers go numb. Something told her that she wasn't going to last long up here.

25 year old Ash Ketchum and his friend, Pikachu, were walking down the dim-lit streets of Cerulean, the lamp posts, the stars, and the moon the only source of light he had.
"Pikachu?" Pikachu asked his life long friend.
"Hm?" Ash turned to face Pikachu, and realised that he was off daydreaming while walking again, "Oh, sorry, Pikachu."
"Pika?"
"Yeah. Again."
"Pikachu, pika pika!"
"Don't even go there!"
Then, Pikachu's ears perked. That usually meant someone was in trouble nowadays.
Suddenly, there was a high pitched yelp from the distance ahead.
"Pika pika!" Pikachu cried.
"Someone's in trouble!" Ash cried, and with that, he dashed off in the direction of the scream.
Ash's ebony black hair was more unruly than ever, the summer winds threatening to give him a frayed haircut at the end of the run. His black travelling backpack bounced up and down on his back, making a soft tingling sound from the buttons and soft thuds as the pack hit Ash's back with every step. His black t-shirt and navy blue sweatjacket fluttered in the wind, and his black shorts made thudding sounds as he ran, the fabric hitting against each other. His black and white runners slapped on the cold cobblestoned path, his shoe laces also tapping on the trapped stone. A rope that was attached to the backpack thudded against the pack as Ash ran.
Ash finally arrived at the place where the sound came from. It was the Cerulean City Gym. Ash felt old memories surfacing from the past, that he pushed back down when he heard another yelp. He followed the sound and looked side to side to see where the sound was coming from.
"Somebody help!"
Ash looked up to see the source of the voice: a girl with long, flowing, auburn red hair. One of her arms dangled in the air, while the other one was holding on for dear life.
Then, the other hand slipped.
The girl screamed as she hurtled down 22 feet from the air.
Luckily, Ash was good with co-ordinates. He found where the girl would land, and held his arms out at the location.
His guessing was really good, because the girl landed right in his arms, before they both fell to the ground with a small thud and a few "oofs."
"Pikachu..." Pikachu groaned, being a part of the toppled heap. Then, his ears perked when he sensed something familiar. He turned to face the girl and noticed that she looked familiar. Pikachu was very dubious, and cocked his head in wonder. "Pika..."
Ash and the girl both finally sat up and groaned. When the two toppled over, the girl landed on Ash's lap. His hand stopped the girl's head from falling to the ground.
Ash shook the fatigue off of him and looked at the girl. "Are you alright?"
But when the girl finally faced him, Ash fell in love with the most beautiful girl in the world.

Misty felt her heart beat faster than usual. It was love at first sight.
The man had unruly black hair, as black as the ebony stone that she found in the garden last night. His ember brown eyes seemed to shine like the golden sun. He seemed to be a rock climber or something, because he had a rock climbing rope attached to his hiking pack. His face seemed dirty, but Misty didn't mind. She thought he was the most handsome man she ever met.
"You alright?" the man asked.
"Huh?" Misty was snapped out of her gazing, and replied, "Oh. Yes, I am. Thanks to you. How did you know I was in trouble?"
"Pikachu can sense danger from distance within his hearing range." the man replied, as his little companion leaped onto his shoulder with a smile, "You're probably the closest one we've had in a long while. Also, I'm a pretty quick runner. I came here as soon as we heard your scream."
"Well, I'm very thankful." Misty replied, as the two stood up, never leaving their eyes off of each other, "May I ask where you're going next?"
"I'm off to explore Mount Moon." the man replied, "Ever since I finished my Pokemon Journey, I decided to look for adventure in the places I already visited 15 years ago."
"Is it okay if I go with you?" Misty asked hopefully.
Before the man could answer, William cried from behind her, "You may certainly not!"
"Dad!" Misty cried, facing her father with horror.
"Ah, Mr. Waterflower!" the man exclaimed, "Long time, no see, if I do say so myself!"
William narrowed his eyes at the man, "Do I know you?"
"You were the one who banned me from ever seeing your daughter again." the man replied, "Or have I changed too much for you to remember."
"Well, you do look familiar..." William muttered, "Wait! You're Daniel's son!"
"I see you remember, Mr. Waterflower." the man smiled.
"Wait!" Misty exclaimed, "You know my dad?"
"Well, if he's your dad, then that must mean you're the one I've been looking for all these years." the man replied, "Nice to see you again, Mist."
Misty only knew one person who called her by that. "Ash Ketchum, is that you?" she shrieked with joy, as Ash twirled Misty in the air, both of them laughing with joy.
"Oh my gosh, you've changed so much...." Misty smiled, "No wonder I fell in love with you!"
"Same here." Ash smiled, holding Misty's hands in his own, looking into Misty's own eyes lovingly.
"You may seem to grow, Ash, but you never seem to change on the inside." Misty whispered.
"And you seem to become more beautiful every time I see you." Ash whispered back.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu squeaked.
"Hey there, Pikachu!" Misty squealed, as Pikachu jumped in between them and looked up to both trainers, "Long time, no see!"
"Pika pika! Pikachu!" Pikachu exclaimed with happiness.
"Mistaria Lavender Waterflower, this is a disgrace to the family!" William cried with anger.
"Please, sir, you'll wake up all the other citizens and the Pokemon." Ash said to the angry William.
"Oh, dad, he's so polite!" Misty exclaimed, "Not like that Eric that you tried set up with me today."
"Eric is a fine young man, if I do say so myself!" William retorted.
"What are you two talking about?" Ash asked Misty.
"My dad wants me to marry someone and he tried to set me up countless times." Misty explained, "Eric's the most recent one I rejected."
"Are they all really that bad?" Ash smiled.
"Compared to you, yeah." Misty replied.
"Misty....." William growled.
"Dad, I'm going to Mount Moon with Ash." Misty announced.
