A very good and simple Description to Regis' cave

Hello there... ^_^

I just started my 3rd walktrhough of Ruby, this time anxious to catch the Regis, which I haven't been doing the first two times.
(Was just looking for two Groudons to trade with other Legendaries from my Girl)

Aftzer all, I have missed this dark blue spot so often I have been trying to get there nearly two hours of Gameplay.
I think I already found and battled each trainer there, but realy, I despise swimming around like a crazy idiot.

Every FAY or Thread I found here couldn't help me, so I really beg of you, gimme a very good, detailed description how to get from Pacifidlog town to this dark blue spot where you are supposed to dive.

I mean something like: Stand next to the leftmost hose, surf, get to the first trainer on the moon-shapes pile, then surf to the second isle, go to the very top and use Durf to the upper side. Afterwards....

I can't find a map, but basically you just need to come in from the East (Pacifidlog) and then take whatever currents are the farthest south that you can find. If you hit land, surf into the currents south of the land. If you keep doing that you should get there.
