I think that article's wrong about the Red and Green part. Red and Green were released at the same time in Japan, and had the same graphics, and were pretty much the same with a few differences. I also heard that Blue was a special version that was only out for a short time, and did not "replace" Green.

its really intresting I'm amazed how I have been in this phenominon for 7 year and still counting and I can see that pokemon has come far. I'm amazed on how the popularity has gone down but I'm not suprised since I know that a couple people from my school said they used to like pokemon but its now just the past and they rather move on in their life rather than stick with the crowd of devoted nerds they call us. But never the less there is still people out there and its not going to stop thats what the article is saying from what I read.

Ja, I am in a situation much like yourself. Pokemon has indeed lost its calibur, but that doesn't mean it's no good, Pokemon is still magic in this young man's eyes, even at the age i'm at.

Stop looking at one mistake and concentrate on the message as a whole. I mean Serebii forums makes mistakes but I do not see you concentrating purely on the mistakes. ;025;

Don't know what it's really about; read the first couple of sentances then I couldn't read any more, though I am tired I'll try later.

That was a really good article! I enjoyed reading it. It was depressing to see how low sales are compared to the originals, however. The article is correct in that D/P will have to be pretty damn good to get Pokémon out of its slump.

Typically by the game's end, one of the players is crying and a fight will break out. But hey, it's a part of the game!
Under the picture where a boy is about to pick a card from somewhere...They see this as a angry fist shake.

They kind of got confused or something: they said Stadiums 1 and 2 sold better than Colosseum, but the numbers obviously show the opposite. Anyway, I did like the article a lot, though the negative ending did sort of get me down. I don't think it's that Pokémon isn't selling good, it's just not selling awesome like it used to. The sales are still respectable when you compare to a lot of other video games.

Worldwide sales actually show the Stadium titles selling above and beyond what Colosseum and XD sales show.
