I was thinking, do you suppose that there is a specific date when all trainers choose their starter pokemon because its funny how Ash turned 10 he got his the same date as 3 other ones and I was wondering maybe they all start at the same time because its a little too weird for 4 pokemon trainers to share the exact birthdate.

Its all possible they all turned 10 that day or they had to wait for ash.
