About EVs

I understand how they influence the stat scores - however, within the Serebii.net pokedex, how do you know if the max stats equate with each stat at 100 EV, or with certain stats at different levels, or each stat at its max. It's a tad bit confusing.

The "max stats" on Serebii's Pokedex show the stats at LV 100, with full IVs and max EVs, with a Nature that raises that stat.

Edited to correct myself, sorry, I was wrong the first time. >>;;

EDIT #2 to clarify because I can't think straight tonight: Basically you can't get all max stats, since it's impossible to max out EVs for each stat, plus each Nature only raises one stat.
